01What does Magno track?+
Injections (compound, dose, site, vial), blood pressure and pulse, weight and body measurements, symptom check-ins, and lab results with their reference ranges. Everything lands on one timeline so you can read the bloods against the doses.
02Is my data private?+
Yes. Magno is local-first: your data lives on your phone and syncs to your own account over HTTPS. There are no trackers, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Lab reports are read on the device. You can export everything or delete the whole account from Settings at any time.
03Which lab reports work?+
Any PDF with a text layer, and scanned PDFs or photos too, which Magno reads with on-device OCR. It knows the naming used by UK, US and Brazilian labs, handles mmol/L and mg/dL, decimal commas, and values like "<0.3". You review every row before it is saved.
04Is this medical advice?+
No. Magno is a tracking tool with a smart second opinion built in. It flags what is out of a TRT-aware range and explains what usually matters, but every decision about your protocol belongs to you and a licensed clinician.
05Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Magno is a web app you add to your home screen, so it opens like a native app on both, with no store required. Onboarding walks you through the two taps it takes.
06Does it work offline?+
Yes. Logging, the timeline and your bloods all work without signal. Everything syncs the next time you are online.
07Can I share it with my doctor?+

08What if I forget my password?+
When you sign up you get eight one-time recovery codes. Any one of them lets you set a new password. Lost those too? Email us from your account address and we will send you a one-time link.
09Can I cancel or delete my account?+
Any time. Cancel Pro and you keep it until the end of what you paid for. Delete the account from Settings and everything is wiped from our servers straight away, along with the copy on your phone.
