Vitamin B12 on TRT
What the number means, why it moves on a protocol, and what people usually do about it.
What it is
Vitamin B12 is needed to make red cells and to keep nerves working. Low B12 feels like tiredness, brain fog and pins and needles.

How to read the lab range
Labs accept above 200 pg/mL; people feel better above 400 to 500. Injections push it far above range harmlessly.
Why it moves on a protocol
- A vegetarian diet.
- Metformin and acid blockers cut absorption.
What people usually do · not a recommendation
- Methylcobalamin under the tongue, or injections through a doctor.
How Magno reads it
Import the PDF or a photo of the report and Magno finds Vitamin B12 on it, keeps every test on one line, shows the change since the last one, and reads it against TRT-aware thresholds rather than the lab's generic range. The panel it belongs to, Vitamins & Minerals, gets a written verdict with the probable causes and what people usually do.

Questions people ask
B12 is way above range, is that dangerous?
No. It is water-soluble and the excess leaves. Very high B12 without supplements is worth a doctor visit, though.
